Fees, Payment and Insurance
Fees: My fee is $110 per 50 minute session, and is pro-rated for any additional time beyond that. The intake phone call for a new client is free of charge. The first 10 minutes of any phone call for established clients is also free of charge; calls lasting longer than 10 minutes are billed at the hourly rate.
Payment:
You may make payment by cash or check at the beginning of each session. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt at the time of payment.
Insurance: I accept most insurance coverage.
Cancellations: I require 24-hour notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling; if less than 24-hour notice is given, or if you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, a full fee will be charged, payable at the next session.
